CUSTOM MADE ART / BESPOKE ART
All bespoke art is completely hand made and bespoke so unfortunately we do not accept any cancellations or returns which means all art work is non-refundable.

​If you have placed a deposit on a bespoke item or any art work - these deposits are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on discounted/sale items or gift cards.
​
​If your art has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with pictures of the shipping box & items within 2-3 days of receiving your item. Please ensure you take photos of your item prior to opening if the box is damaged as this can help us make a claim with the courier if this has been damaged in transit.

The art I create can be fragile & should be handled with upmost care, any items broken after receiving are at your responsibility. Please follow the care instructions carefully when cleaning or taking care of your art work.

IN STOCK ITEMS

If you have purchased a ready made item which is in stock & wish to return the art to us, you must notify us via email to laurenzcarterart@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We will advise you with the delivery address to send your return to via email.

Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
After notifying us, you will then need to send your unwanted items back ASAP (within 14 days). This return will be at your own cost & we do not reimburse customers for this. We recommend sending your item back with Royal Mail (or Parcel Force if you item is larger than a large parcel size).When returning your item please attach a note with; your full name, address, email address & order number. Returns will be processed within 10 working days. Please allow a further 7-10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
